From June 20 to 22, 2024, the Guizhou International Energy Industry Expo and Trade Fair, themed "Strengthening Energy Cooperation to Facilitate the Precision Development of Rich Mineral Resources," grandly opened at the Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center. Shanghai Chuangli Group showcased its latest innovations, including intelligent mining equipment for thin coal seams and emulsion pumps, at Booth A10. I.Highlights of the Exhibition:
The MG500/1180-AWD Intelligent Shearer is a flagship product of Shanghai Chuangli Group, featuring a multi-motor drive system with motors arranged laterally. This design provides substantial cutting force, a low machine profile, and a heavy-duty body that ensures excellent stability. The shearer is highly effective in coal loading, with a large capacity for bottom coal extraction. Its electrical system is equipped with advanced automation features, enabling intelligent cutting and smart fault diagnosis, making it highly intelligent. This machine has been widely used by Guizhou Shuicheng Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., and has received high praise from users.
Product 2: EBZ280D Low-Profile Roadheader
EBZ280D矮型掘進機，主要針對貴州地區，小斷面，地質構造復雜的半煤巖巷而專門研制，具有驅動力強、接地比壓小、通過性高、穩定性好、適應巷道高度低、截割硬度高等特點。期待能夠廣泛應用于云貴川地區。
Product 3: BRW630/40 High-End Intelligent Emulsion Pump
The BRW630/40 Intelligent Emulsion Supply System is an innovative product developed for intelligent fluid supply in the coal mining industry. This system includes several advanced technologies, such as equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, electro-hydraulic control, high-flow unloading control, centralized monitoring, and water treatment. These features collectively create a safe and efficient fluid supply system.
Product 4: DLR100/148Y Explosion-Proof Lithium Battery Monorail Locomotive
The monorail locomotive employs distributed multi-point drive technology, offering significant traction and strong climbing capabilities. It achieves “stop on demand, move on command, ascend or descend at will” even under heavy loads and steep inclines. This enables the long-lasting lithium battery-powered monorail crane to continuously transport hydraulic supports, setting a precedent as the first in China and at the international forefront for steep incline transportation using an all-electric monorail system.
