On April 15, 2025, Shanghai Chuangli Group hosted a grand ceremony brimming with distinguished guests and a vibrant atmosphere— the "Commissioning and Acceptance Ceremony for the Complete Set of Fully Mechanized Mining Equipment at MMK Coal’s Cheryomushkinskaya Coking Mine"—marking a milestone in Sino-Russian collaboration. Leaders including Mr. Ivan Alexandrovich, Deputy General Manager of MMK Coal; Mr. Liu Liqun, Chairman of Beijing Polar Mining; and Mr. Shi Liangxi, Chairman of Shanghai Chuangli Group, jointly inaugurated the equipment. This event exemplified the shared commitment of China and Russia to "technological integration, shared responsibility, and co-creation for the future", setting a global benchmark for the industry’s digital transformation.

In his speech, Mr. Ivan Alexandrovich, Deputy General Manager of MMK Coal, praised the collaboration: "China’s intelligent mining solutions are poised to deliver ‘safe, stable, efficient, and eco-friendly’ production guarantees for Russia’s complex geological mining conditions."
Mr. Shi Liangxi, Chairman of Shanghai Chuangli Group, emphasized: "Those who share the same aspirations are not separated by mountains or seas. MMK Coal’s choice of Chinese equipment reflects trust in our technology and dedication. This commissioning is not merely a ‘test run’ of machinery but a ‘resonance’ of Sino-Russian industrial spirit."
Mr. Liu Liqun, Chairman of Beijing Polar Mining, added: "This integrated equipment combines China’s top-tier coal machinery manufacturers and partners, representing a landmark achievement in Sino-Russian collaboration for underground coal mining."
Amidst thunderous applause, representatives from both China and Russia jointly cut the ribbon for the joint commissioning project. Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the technical team commenced rigorous equipment inspections. Russian client representatives lauded the system’s technical prowess and professional service standards, affirming its readiness for deployment.
With the successful conclusion of this ceremony, Shanghai Chuangli reaffirmed its strategic vision: "Innovation as wings, quality as foundation." The group will continue advancing 5G intelligent coal mining and green mining initiatives, building a "zero-latency, full-coverage" global service network, and embracing opportunities under the Belt and Road Initiative.
